CLINIC DAYS

We run clinic sessions on three days each week.

If you are new to the clinic, please book a New Patient Consultation first. All other appointments are available once you are registered with us.

If you would prefer to speak to someone, our secretary is happy to help with bookings or any questions. 020 3811 8778

NEW PATIENTS

Initial consultations last up to one hour and take place in person at the clinic. This allows us to take a full history and understand your needs in detail.

EXISTING PATIENTS

Follow up clinic appointments, well woman annual checkup, sample collection and ultrasound imaging appointments take place at our clinic.

Follow-up appointments can also be remote by phone or video.

Procedure appointments typically last around one hour and are priced individually. Our secretary will be happy to advise on fees. 020 3811 8778

Blood sample collections are free of charge - only lab fees are charged.

Appointment changes & cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so a minimum of 2 working days (M-F) prior to your appointment, as we have a waiting list and this slot can then be offered to someone else.

Half the appointment fee will be charged for any appointments changed with less notice

The full appointment fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment.

Data protection

We handle all patient communications in strict confidence. We comply with the Data Protection Act and European Union GDPR requirements and  keep all patient information in a secure electronic system with patient portal access for reporting.

 

Complaints procedure

We aim to provide the best service possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you have received please inform a member of staff or email your complaint to enquiries@womensnaturalhealthclinic.com. We will investigate and respond within 7 days.

Parking
There are 2 hrs parking meters outside our clinic in Crown Road. You can also drive right up to the clinic and leave your car at our friendly car wash next door for the duration of your appointment and get a top class car wash whilst at our clinic.

St Margarets Station Trains from London Waterloo then 300 metre walk to our clinic.

Richmond Station London Underground: Bus H37 at Stop E to St Margarets Station (15 mins).
