We usually have 3 clinic days per week, although these can be on different days each week. You can see which days we have open appointments when you choose on-line booking. Our secretary can also give you our clinic days and open appointments.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

You must be registered as a patient with us before you can book any appointment type that is NOT a NEW PATIENT appointment.

NEW PATIENTS

Initial Consultations are one hour long and take place in our Clinic.

EXISTING PATIENTS

Follow up appointments, well woman annual checkup, sample collection and ultrasound imaging appointments take place at our clinic.

Follow-up appointments can also be by phone or video.

Procedure appointments vary in duration, please arrange procedure appointments with our secretary Sian on the above phone number.

Appointment changes & cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so a minimum of 2 working days (M-F) prior to your appointment, as we have a waiting list and this slot can then be offered to someone else.

Half the appointment fee will be charged for any appointments changed with less notice

The full appointment fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment.

Complaints procedure

We aim to provide the best service possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you have received please inform a member of staff or email your complaint to enquiries@womensnaturalhealthclinic.com. We will investigate and respond within 7 days.

*Data protection

We handle all patient communications in strict confidence. We comply with the Data Protection Act and European Union GDPR requirements and  keep all patient information in a secure electronic system with patient portal access for reporting.
