Appointment Information
Duration
Your initial consultation will be for an hour. Subsequent treatment or consultation sessions are usually 30 minutes, but can be longer depending on the nature of treatment you are receiving.

Appointment changes & cancellations
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so a minimum of 2 working days (M-F) prior to your appointment, as we have a waiting list and this slot can then be offered to someone else.
Half the appointment fee will be charged for any appointments changed with less notice
The full appointment fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment.
Complaints procedure
We aim to provide the best service possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you have received please inform a member of staff or email your complaint to enquiries@naturalgynae.com. We will investigate and respond within 7 days.

Parking
There are 2 hrs parking meters outside our clinic in Crown Road. You can also drive right up to the clinic and leave your car at our friendly car wash next door for the duration of your appointment and get a top class car wash whilst at our clinic.

St Margarets Station Trains from London Waterloo then 300 metre walk to our clinic.
Richmond Station London Underground: Bus H37 at Stop E to St Margarets Station (15 mins).
